No cows at Shahpur Jat village

Shahpur Jat village in south Delhi is one of the two villages in the national capital--the other is Hauz Khas Village--where you get a full English breakfast at any time of the day.

Taking a walk in Lansdowne

Lansdowne is the nearest natural air-conditioner from Delhi where you can easily flee from the peak summer heat. It takes about five-six hours to cover some 250 kilometres to reach Lansdowne from the national capital. It's a fairly quiet place, good for a day or two. An ideal place to recharge your batteries in turbo mode.

The best activity in Lansdowne: do nothing.

Plucked fresh from the forest.
